Clickncell verified they received my device over 2 months but refuses to pay me for it or return the device.
They told me I would be paid in 2-3 business days multiple times over a month ago and now no longer respond to emails at all.

I would recommend anyone that has been scammed by CLICKNCELL INC to file criminal complaints with the following federal/state agencies (you can file fraud complaints for all of these online):

"ClicknCell stole my device "

I sent my device over a month ago and they confirmed receipt but refuse to send payment

ClickNCell's terms state that inspection will take about 5 days and their FAQs state that payouts are sent within 24 hours of inspection completion. My device arrived to ClickNCell on 3 October so they've had more than 8 business days to inspect it (more counting weekend days), and more than 24 hours to issue a payout. ClickNCell did finally commit to a payout date of Monday, 14 October during a chat session that took place on 11 October, but that time has passed and I've yet to receive a to my follow-up chat asking for an update. As of now, however, they've had my phone long enough with scant communication that it feels like phone hostage : (. I truly hope they're just super busy and can help make the matter right. I'll definitely be more than happy to share any updates here when my experience hopefully improves.

Update 1: A few hours after posting my initial review, ClicknCell sent me a "request for additional information" to match up my review to my order number. I submitted that and shortly after, my order status on their website went from "New Item" to "In Process;" the first sign of change I'd seen since they received my device 12 days prior. Since then, I've been trying to contact them further through the order chat but when they do respond, it's just more excuses about the surge in orders and how busy they are.

At this point, I'm fairly confident my device has been stolen and plan to pursue alternative action if they cannot get the order completed in time.

Took like 3 weeks to get paid. Excuse after excuse came up of course. Full payment was finally processed after nagging them for hours one day

This company is a scam. They took my phone and never gave payment after they quoted the phone for almost $200. Do not use them. They will respond one by phone and one by text saying they will fix the issue. They will not pay you.

Same as the last person. Shipped my phone about a month ago with no payment. Was told Aug 30 I would have payment in 2-3 days. As of 9/11/24 I have not gotten anything and cannot get a hold of anyone at the company.
