"This company is a scam"

This company is a scam, haven't responded back to me in over a week when they mentioned I would get my payment. Have been constantly dragging their feet with no updates and now won't return my calls.

I’m updating this to a 3 star just because I have finally received my payment. Overall the process was very tedious and required me to constantly reach out for updates with no response most of the time.

Long story short, when I sent my phone to ClicknCell, there had been some mixup. I received an email about a completely different phone and never heard back from that email chain. I was a bit sketched out that I had been scammed, but called the customer service number. The gentleman on the other end was very apologetic, courteous and helpful. He got things sorted out within a few minutes and even direclty processed the payout for my phone. I would 100% trust ClicknCell again in the future.

I agree with the other reviews on this site that say that this company pays quickly. Once a price was agreed upon for my cellphone, Clickncell sent the money to Paypal (my chosen payment method) in less than 5 minutes. But, get this - Paypal charged an extra $5.98 for some reason. When I mentioned that to Clickncell, as an FYI, they said that wasn't supposed to happen and they sent another $6.00 to cover that charge by Paypal. To put it mildly, that was impressive. Let me simply say that this company has earned its 5 star review from me (and others).
