"Six weeks without a washing machine"

Six weeks without a washing machine. No contingency plans in place to deal with a lengthy ongoing issue. 75 rental properties on their books but no facility to replace temporarily until sorted. Expected better but I guess the transient student population have zero long term revenue stream post graduation.

"I had a faulty central heating control…"

I had a faulty central heating control unit upstairs, which meant we had no heating at a bad time of the year. Heather and their team walked me through how to remove the control unit from the wall, and it simply needed batteries fitting.
We now have lovely warm radiators upstairs, thanks to the immediate attention given to my call.

Selling our house took longer than anticipated, but Lindsey's dedication and support were unwavering throughout the process. She was always available to answer questions, guide us through each step, and provided the reassurance we needed to stay committed. We truly appreciate her efforts.

One area for improvement: While Lindsey was fantastic, we were disappointed that Alexander, the business owner, didn't personally reach out after our initial agreement, as requested. A direct line of communication with the owner would have been ideal given some of the difficulties further down the chain.

Overall, Lindsey's professionalism and support made a significant difference in our experience. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services.
