"Soup & juice fast"

Soup & juice fast: 3 days.
Really delicious soups and juices, plenty filling enough so I didn't feel hungry.
My only suggestion is that for a 3-day cleanse perhaps the soups could be varied a little? It gets tedious eating the same soups for three days running.

The drinks are horrible they taste really bitter the taste made my stomach turn and I ended up throwing the juices away I opted for the 3 day juice cleanse do not recommend it’s also strange there are barely any comments from people on there Facebook or Instagram should have seen this as a red flag.

RESPONSE TO PRESS COMMENT:all the juices had an acidic taste I honestly would not recommend products there’s definitely something off about what you’re producing. It was a massive waste of money.

Did a 3 day soup and juice cleanse. The beginners one as it was my first time. Really rated it, didn’t feel hungry as I thought. Didn’t eat or drink anything else bar 1-2 pieces of fruit per day. Soups were delicious. Lost almost 6lbs in 3 days and felt great. Planning my next cleanse and will order the soups as they are so tasty!!

This is my first cleanse (trying the Winter Cleanse) and I had issue with lid coming off the soup and one was lifting. I contacted customer services and Yasmin S was amazing resolving my issue straight away and despatching replacement products the same day so that I could continue with my cleanse. As this is my first cleanse she also answered my questions that I had. Lovely person. :-)
