"Not great customer service "

Really liked the food, the two week plan is great. Unfortunately they used DPD and the boxes were damaged when they arrived, and originally went to the wrong address. One of the soup containers was broken in transit and soup was everywhere. I contacted press via their WhatsApp and sent pictures of the damage but didn’t get a reply.
The customer service would put me off ordering again which is a shame as their products are great

"Lost weight and delicious soups"

I have really enjoyed the soups and the overnight oats pots on my 2 week reset programme. I have not liked the juice taste (the sweet greens which were supplied every day) and the suppers and the chia pots were not to my tastes. I found the supper options a bit limited and also watery. That said, I have lost 4kg in 2 weeks on this programme which was my aim so I am happy about this.
