Tastes quite acidic and lots of lemon.

Weight loss and cleanse that actually works. I’ll be honest not all juices taste great but it’s worth it. I do a 2 day juice cleanse twice a month. I always lose weight (5-7lbs) but I really do feel like I reset my gut and get the sluggish feeling out of me after doing them.

My first week of food for the two week programme arrived well packaged and on time. I’ve only had a juice and breakfast bowl so far but both tasted great - fresh, healthy and natural. I’m looking forward to trying the rest of the food and seeing what happens to my weight over the two weeks. So nice not to have to buy a load of ingredients and do a load of meal prep. I unpacked the food from its box straight into the fridge and have everything I need, ready as I need it. Makes losing weight a whole lot easier

I did the advanced juice cleanse, everything tasted great, i particularly enjoyed the ginger shot and the evening soup was so tasty, i never felt hungry and after felt very refreshed and full of energy, my skin also looked clearer and more hydrated. I would definitely recommend. I used this as a kickstart to a healthier lifestyle and to give up alcohol and it has certainly gave me a good start.
