"I started with the Power Week"

I started with the Power Week, a mix of juice cleanse and meals to aid weight loss. I have not been disappointed but incredibly surprised. Pure and organic ingredients. I really like the steam method of heating the meals so nutrients are preserved, very important for me, plus it means it has a longer shelf life in the fridge- I had to go away yet safe in the knowledge my meals would still be fresh on my return as it’s not advised to put in freezer. I love the simplicity and amazed that the delicious meals kept me satiated. I don’t mind the taste of the greens that I read a lot of people not keen, I love greens and the energising taste bud zing helping to wake me as I don’t like to eat a lot at breakfast and usually sea swim first thing so I’m not feeling heavy I feel I’m getting the nutrients, I loved the ginger shots particularly at the time it helped clear up a slightly sore and tickle throat and I think help avoid me becoming really ill. During covid I was shielding for my vulnerable parents and continue to be aware of my Mum’s vulnerability. I feel better and lighter and amazed I dropped 2kg and still have two days left. It has been incredibly hard for me to loose weight and have not been my current weight now for years! Friends have also commented on how well I look and my skin I live an active physical life style and I need energy, good nutrition but also aid me in weight loss to become healthier. I plan to try one of the longer plans. Customer service email was very good and responsive when only one box had been delivered to be reassured another 2 were on the way- which they did in a later delivery- could have been reduced to 2 boxes for the nuts and bars and customer service took this on as sustainability is important to me as well. I love the simplicity as life is quite complicated and unpredictable at the moment between 2 homes mine and my Mother’s an hour away helping to support her. I can easily transport my meals or put into a flask for work and travel and the handy bars and delicious cocoa almonds just wonderful for filling the gap between morning and lunch! I love cooking but this is really helping me at present knowing I’m getting good nutrition, energy wellness and loosing weight healthily- and I don’t have to think and spend time working more things out and saving me time and energy! I’m looking into trying a longer plan! Thank you!

I just wanted to loose a couple of pounds and have more energy.
This is a fantastic product and a great way to boast weight loss and a road to a healthier diet.
I thought I would struggle just having juice for 2 days, I didn’t it was easy with lovely balanced juices and I didn’t feel hungry.
I then did the next 5 days of a combination of juice and delicious soups for lunch and plant based dinners with snacks mid morning and afternoon. It all comes boxed and with easy to follow instructions.
I am now addicted to the celery juice and ginger shots.
Lost 5lb and feel really good. I also suffer with dermatitis on my hands in cold weather and this has really improved. Not saying this is all to do with the diet but I do feel that my skin is glowing

"Absolutely loved the juice cleanse "

Absolutely loved the 3 days beginner juice cleanse from press. After 1.5 days my hunger cravings had gone. I lost 2kg ready for my holiday I felt so much lighter. I think this really helped with some gut problems I was having prior to the juice cleanse. I will be doing this before every holiday going forward.

Unfortunately, I was not a fan of these juices. I’m an avid juice cleanser, always daring for the ”hardest” cleanses and I didn’t find these juices comparable to others on the market. Way too much sugar and no taste. Although, the simple “celery” juice was nice, along with the “pomegranate and raspberry probiotic” water. I purchased a 2 day cleanse but couldn’t imagine doing day 2 after how unpleasant I found the juices from Press.
