Tracie went above and beyond to ensure my visit was not only productive but also as comfortable as possible. Her dedication and professionalism left a lasting impression on me. We were fortunate to be assisted by Poppy Walker who was patient & willing to spend time explaining the many features & workings of the new car. Also impressively, Poppy was happy to refer to her Manager if she was unsure of an answer.Also, nice to receive follow up contact from Poppy after we'd bought our new car.
