By far the best letting agency I’ve ever used.
Clear, polite & fast communication. Plus, the team actually want to help you.
I had a question which lead to several more questions and they were still so polite & helpful. Which unfortunately is rare for a letting agency.
They have a great system which you can log in to, see where your tenancy is up to, read information & add maintenance issues.

"Landlords beware "

As a landlord poor service home sure Woolton requesting payments for work they couldn’t undertake
Had a severe leak with water leaking from ceiling from bathroom and causing damage to property due to their lack of urgency I had to get an emergency plumber to deal with it, their plumber swaggered up 5 days later and wanted a call out payment of 60.00 the whole ceiling would have collapsed by then . Would they have paid for that damage due to their lack of response !!!

I rented a property with Homesure for a little under 2 years. From the initial viewing to the final move out my experience with the agency has been very positive. They have always been very quick to respond to and resolve any issues or queries. The staff is professional but friendly and approachable. They were great liaising with the landlord for any repairs and contract renewals. The end of my tenancy and move out also went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend the agency :)
