On the web site its states Ordered before 10 PM, shipped today!*

Thats not correct its misleading.

Ordered items on 1/11/24 and after receiving an email stating dispatched same day, still not received on 6/11/24. According to tracking the parcel is still with the sender! Despite having a co.uk website they are based in the Netherlands.
Can’t get through to customer service.
