I purchased anew foil head & cutters set for my electric razor from Salontotal. They said it would be 1-2working days. It arrived on the third day a weekend day, not a working day.
I was extremely impressed by the speed & efficiency of their service

Placed an order and paid for products that were showing in stock. Received an email the next day to say that products were out of stock and they didn't know when they would be in stock again. Asked for a refund and was told that I would receive it within 5 working days. Received an email after 5 working days to say that I would have to wait another 5 working days. Contacted customer service who told me that in most cases I would receive my refund soon - really not good enough! As far as I am concerned, salontotal have stolen my money! Don't touch them with a bargepole!
28/10 still no refund!
