This is scam company never ever book using this company, they just canceled my flight without even informing me and they never refunded my money

"Hotel booking"

Booked a hotel, confirmed it’s booked. Next day at 6am I got an email: my booking was successfully cancelled ( I asked for this cancellation - what’s not true!).
Of course they still charged my account ( day after cancellation). Sent me refund day later, exchange rate ( they converted my refund) was higher so I lost some money!
Never again!

"i never in my life been scam"

i never in my life been scam, i am more upset because the site i usually use on a regular directed me to the Rehlat site and i thought it was legit base off of the company. so, i reach out to them email, phone call every day and keep getting the run around. I am only lucky that it was only 185.00 but still would like that back. just beware of this company and don't book anything.

Had to score them but this is because you have to but deserve zero. Do not book anything with this company because you will lose your money. You can try to call they but phone number doesn’t work same as emails, even cancelling is impossible and don’t trust them. They have taken my money and won’t give it back like many of the other reviews. So if you want to ruin your holiday and lose your money use these fraudsters. Reheat you are horrible people and hope you get caught and shutdown.

"Worst customer service I have ever been…"

Worst customer service I have ever been in contact with.
I booked an hotel via them in April. When I got to the hotel, it was closed and I had to be moved to another hotel which was awful. I asked to leave and to receive a refund since I had never been told about the situation. After a LOT of calls and emails, they agreed to refund me (in writing) within 10-12 days. I have been calling them every single week, twice a week, since then. They keep on telling me the same thing over and over again : we have forwarded your claim to the finance department.
I am still waiting for my refund - this company is a scam, never go through them.

Too bad I cannot give a 0.
I booked a flight with Rehlat thinking that it would be great to offer a chance to a Start up and help a new company to rise. My flight was pending for more than 24 hours then it was cancelled without any reason. Now I need to wait for a refund. According to the reviews I am sure I will never see my money back. I wanted to take another ticket but now the price is x2. Rehlat is such a scam, do not book through them. It's a lot of stress and a waist of money. Rehlat you are a shame for the tech world. You are a scam. You deserve to be shut down. I am so angry at you that I will leave a bad review in every single website and I will make sure that everyone knows how bad you are. Theft.

"SCAM"

SCAM. I had a reservation that could be canceled for free which prior to arrival. They told me they will refund within 12 days it’s 4 month now they keep promising paying it back but nothing happens. Avoid this provider!!!!

"I wouldn't recommend using this service…"

I wouldn't recommend using this service at all. I believe they will try to scam you if they can. Here's my experience with them.

I recently made a hotel reservation through this service, but unfortunately, I encountered some issues. Although they charged my credit card, I never received a confirmation email.

I decided to contact their customer service and initially chose the English option. However, the call quality was poor, with frequent disruptions and difficulty in hearing the representative.

I then switched to Arabic, hoping for better communication. Thankfully, the line was clear this time, but the representative informed me that their system was experiencing technical difficulties. She asked me to call back in a few minutes. Despite my attempts to follow her suggestion, every time I called, she claimed the system was still down. Frustrated, I switched back to English, but the call quality remained unusable.

After enduring this for two hours, I decided to call the Arabic line again and insisted on a solution, making it clear that I wouldn't end the call without one. She continued to apologize for her inability to assist, but I remained firm in my resolve.

Finally, after forty-five minutes on the call, she asked for my reservation number and sent a confirmation email. However, given the previous issues, I had doubts about the email's authenticity. To verify, I contacted the hotel directly and discovered that they couldn't locate my reservation initially. I stayed on the line with the representative until the hotel was able to confirm my reservation.

Before ending the call, I sternly warned the representative of canceling the reservation after the call. She didn't, but my experience was upsetting.

"RCO2005164 refund is done more than 2…"

RCO2005164 refund is done more than 2 months!
Worst experience ever! I would to give a zero star if I could. The booking website has no hotel room details. I made the booking and had to contact the hotel by myself to find out what I booked! It turns out to be the lowest grade of room with the same price as other hotels' supreme rooms. I decided to cancel my booking in early May and until now, Mid July, THE REFUND OF MORE THAN 500AUD HAS NOT BEEN DONE! The customer services department only reply the email that " they have contacted the finance department" and no follow-up from there. Never experience such disgusting booking website.
