Hola , no reservar con ellos, llevo 3 meses batallando para una cancelación de una reserva y nunca la hacen. Te mandan un mail que hablaran con el servicio que se ocupa de las devoluciones y que tengas paciencia que estás en la lista de preferentes. TODO MENTIRA. He tramitado la reclamación por la OCU y estamos en espera de la contestación , han pasado 15 días y de momento no han contestado , tienen de plazo 1 mes para hacerlo. Sigo en la lucha y no me rendiré , a pesada no me gana nadie....hasta la victoria y más allá.

"An honest review"
To write a fair review. Seeing alot of 1 star negativity below.
So Rehlat gave me an unbelievably good price for a 5 star hotel which I jumped on and appreciate. Currently writing this review on the middle of a private beach with all inclusive cocktails reading a book, relaxing away. Their site and process was easy to navigate, though tough to find on Google I admit.
The stay is very 5-star enjoyable and well reputed. Well done securing this Rehlat.
They even called to ensure I was happy and could help with anything else.
Negatives - Rehlat failed to send my confirmation booking email. I've checked my emails within the last 3 months even under spam. This causes issues at checking in to the hotel for 15 minutes.
In short - Well done on your hotel selection and business, however Rehlat should focus on optimising it's customer contact, customer relations and possibly even their search engine optimisation so they show up on Google better. People think you are a scam because the market doesn't know about you as comapred to competition like Trivago or Booking.com

They don't refund money and don't respond to any email!!! Don't buy any ticket you will regret it.
Edit: After my review here they mailed me that my funds will be proceeded. And yes I received the amount. Why did it not work in the first place so we had to write a bad review to make it happen?

"They do not refund when they say they will!"
We booked some flights and paid. We then got an email saying the flights weren't confirmed. We called and they finally emailed us that the flights that we wanted weren't available at all.
So, we asked for a refund. This was over a month ago. We have called, emailed and sent messages on Twitter, but they have not refunded us yet.
We are very disappointed with them and we are now pursuing legal action.
So annoying!

La atención al cliente es nefasta.Por lo que voy leyendo parece que se trata de una empresa estafadora.
No se merecen ni una sola estrella, realizas una reserva, la cancelas porque no es posible cambiar de fecha y tras tres meses y medio y no obtengo respuesta ni de llamadas ni mails, y el reembolso nunca te lo hacen, ponen un plazo de 10 a 12 días pero es mentira.
Y si llegas a contactar con un agente que habla en inglés te pide la referencia de la reserva y comenta que en 24 horas tendrás ya tu reembolso y es mentira. Cierran el ticket de reclamación y vuelven a brillar por su ausencia.

"Rehlat is a scam."
Rehlat seems a sort of a scam company. I have been waiting now for seven months for a refund regarding a cancelled ticket. Needless to say, how useless their customer service is. The only option i am left with to deal with those guys is to escalate the case to local Authorities.

"Refund Refused. Cancelled flight within 24 hours."
I purchased a ticket through Rehlat on July 4th, and with a change in travel plans, cancelled the next morning (in under 24 hours). My flight was scheduled for 3 weeks out, and the underlying airline is Spirit. Spirit gives a full refund for flights cancelled within 24 hours and are over a week out, yet Rehlat repeatedly refused to offer a refund. Completely obtuse, useless customer service that repeatedly says the same thing, regardless of the evidence and situation.

"This site is fake"
I bought accommodation at the hotel Zollenspieker Fahrhaus. Lucky for you, the internet was down at the hotel same evening so they couldn't check the order. We were given a room and we were to check the booking the next day. They have no agreement with you and do not know you. This was fake, they said. My bank has taken up the matter and is following it up. They are already in dialogue with the police in Norway.

"Probably a scam"
Whether this is a scam or just terrible organisation, the quality of this whole company leaves MUCH to be desired. I tried making a reservation with Rehlat, got an error page when validating my payment, tried again, more errors. I gave up and made a booking elsewhere. To my surprise, 12 hours later I had a booking confirmation and a debit from my bank account from Rehlat! I requested a cancellation of my booking (what a rollercoaster of emotions that was, 3 different errors, between "this reservation doesn't exist", "unable to cancel your reservation", etc), finally I got a reply to an email saying they had cancelled my reservation and I'd be reimbursed within 10-12 days. It's been over 3 weeks, I have contacted Rehlat numerous times, each time I receive typical copy-paste replies stating that they are "working on my reimbursement" and to be patient (the only positive point in this is that they do actually reply relatively quickly, under 24 hours). I have already contacted my bank and have received instructions on how to challenge this payment - I will be opening a dispute throught Mastercard if my reimbursement does not arrive within the next 7 days.
I wish I had seen the reviews of Rehlat before booking... what a nightmare.

"Wouldnt wanna use them ever again"
They sell us a hotel stay with the terms "Non refundable" which was fine. 12 hours later they confirm our cancellation. However we did not cancel our trip, the hotel we booked has never heard of us, so now they have taken our money, and we have no hotel for our trip.
UPDATE.. currently in contact with the company who promise that we will have a full refund by the end of week 28 ..
Update again.. we have now recieved our money back. But i would still not recommend anyone to use them.
