SCAM! They send an email the day before saying that the reservation is canceled, they offer a refund but they no longer answer by email but also by phone. Above all, do not book with them, they steal your money, it is an international agency only to defraud Europeans!

Mauvaise expérience, plus jamais je réserve sur ce site, heureusement ils m’ont rembourser après un mois, j’ai dû les harceler et les bombarder de mails je vous conseille de faire pareil si vous voulez récupérer votre argent

Eviter le site Relhat. J'ai effectué une réservation le 19 juillet pour 3 nuits à l'hotel Mercure de Montpellier du 24 au 27 aout. J'aurais du me méfier du prix trop attractif. J'ai confirmé le 16 aout, donc débité immédiatement de 270 euros. La veille de mon arrivée , l'hotel a reçu une annulation de la part de sa plateforme bedhotel . J'ai été moi-même informé 3 heures apres de cette annulation. JK'ai réagi pour protester et la maintenir. Pas de réponse. Arrivé à l'hotel, j'ai du repayer a un prix plus élevé mes Trois nuits.
Relhat m'a écrit que je serais remboursé dans les 4jours, cela fait 8 jours et j'attends. Les contacts téléphoniques ne se font qu'en anglais, espagnol ou arabe. je crains de ne jamais être remboursé.
Eviter absolument le site RELHAT.

Zur Storno-Frist wurde das Zimmer beim Hotel storniert.
Wir haben keine Info erhalten - so dass wir weder Zimmer noch Geld haben.

I had booked a flight with them and the flight got cancelled. To my shock they said the refund will be done in 50-60 days, now I have waited for more than 75 days and still no refund. Moreover they have stopped replying to my emails also. Don’t know how to approach them for a refund. booking id : 1937774
