( Reservé con ellos un fin de semana, hice el pago y anularon la reserva y se quedaron el dinero).Voy ahora a poner la denuncia. Tengo las direcciones fiscales y el número de emoresa registrada para poner la denuncia. Me gustaría, a los que habéis denunciado, qué dirección disteis en la comisaría. Gracias! At the check-in time the hotel informed me that they didn't receive money from Rehlat. I wrote email to rehlat to explain my case they answered me within 10 min they called me after sending email and they fixed the issue within 20-25 min maximum. I recommend to everyone to deal with them the cheapest offers and they really care about customers. Thank you Anji thank you Rehlat's team.

A fuire ! Annulation le jour avant notre arrivée à l hôtel ! On avait une chambre All in on nous a dit que la chambre était plus disponible ! Alors là solution pour eux était de prendre une suite demi pension et biensure on a dû repayer plus cher car on ne pouvait pas se permettre de ce retrouver sans logement avec un bébé de 4 mois je vous le déconseille !

I made a reservation with them and booked the wrong hotel by mistake. I immediately cancelled the booking and they confirmed as the hotel had not confirmed the reservation they would process a refund in the next 24h. It has been over 3 weeks and they keep stalling me saying they have technical difficulties . Biggest scam ever! I just want my money back

Había reservado y pagado una una habitación con mes y medio de antelación y nueve horas antes de la fecha de entrada nos mandan un email, en inglés diciendo que se ha cancelado. Llamo al hotel y me dicen que están completos y que nunca han tenido reservas a mi nombre.
Me dijeron de de 5 a 7 días me ingresaban el dinero, ha pasado un MES y no me han ingresado nada.
Me gustaría ponerme en contacto, pero no se cómo, con otros estafados para poner denuncia y tener más fuerza.
