No hagáis reserva desde esta página es una estafa, tú pagas pero ellos se llevan el dinero para luego cancelarte y llegas al hotel con ilusión para ver que no tienes reserva.

"Canceled reservation - no money"

I have the same problem as most of you. Two days before the holidays, the hotel informed me that the reservation was canceled by rehalt office, despite this, that I paid the full amount. In this situation, I had to cancel the entire vacation and I am waiting for a refund so far.
An employee of rehalt office promised me that the money would be refunded within a maximum of 40 buisness days. This deadline has already passed.
My reservation is RGL790637.
How to solve this problem?


Yes. Thank you. It took a very long time, almost 4 months, but I got my money back. I am changing my overall rating from one star to three.

Rehlat are scammers.
I reserved a hotel with them (RGL874739) a month prior my stay and received an email the day I was separting to Rome. They said it was a technical issue and asked me to pay additional cost. I did so and 10 mins later they asked for even more money saying that the prices of bookings change very quickly. I did not fall for that and requested a refund. I have been waiting for the refund for over a month. I exchange emails with them everyday, and all I am asked is to wait/ that they deal with my issue on high priority /that they cannot proceed with the refund due to payment gateway issues (What that even is?) and all other kinds of emails which make me even more furious. I will never ever use them to book a hotel. Stay away from Rehlat!

A principios de verano hice una reserva en Rehlat de un fin de semana para dos en un hotel. Llegó la fecha y al presentarme al hotel, me comunican que Rehlat a cancelado mi reserva, que ellos no pueden hacer nada. Debido a la situación, tuve que volver a pagar el hotel para no quedarme en la calle. Además, los trabajadores del hotel me comentaron que no era la primera vez que tenian problemas con esta agencia. Enseguida me puse en contacto con Rehlat, llevo 3 semanas enviando correos exigiendo el reembolso de mi dinero, y solo recibo mensajes por su parte sobre que el reembolso esta en proceso. MENTIRA. No confies en esta agencia, es una estafa.
Yo ya he empezado a tomar medidas legales para recuperar mi dinero.

I was on a holiday in Cairo and one of the hotels ended up cancelling my booking. While searching a platform for booking hotels I found rehlat and booked my hotel through them. I am giving 5 star rating because I ended up getting a better deal that my previous cancelled hotel.

Aangekomen bij het hotel bleek onze boeking 2 dagen voor aanvang bleek onze boeking door hen gecanselled te zijn "due to technical issues".
Ondanks hun nederige excuses hebben we 1 maand later nog steeds ons geld niet terug.
Dit blijkt een criminele organisatie.

Pido el rembolso pero ha pasado un mes y aún no me han hecho la transferencia.
Le he escrito muchas veces y me contestan siempre en la misma manera.
Me tocará hacer una denuncia a la policía?
