"Incertidumbre sobre el reembolso"
Hace varios meses reservé con Rehlat hotel en Roma para unos días en septiembre. El día anterior al viaje me llegó un correo diciendo que se cancelaba mi reserva sin mucha explicación y dándome 2 opciones: reubicación o reembolso completo en un periodo de 15-20 días. Han pasado los días y les he vuelto a enviar correo preguntando cuando recibiré el reembolso. Me han dicho que darán prioridad a mi solicitud para poder solucionarla. Han pasado pocos días, sigo esperando pero viendo las opiniones… Espero que me devuelvan el dinero, si no es así tendré que tomar medidas legales…

Rehlat cancelled my hotel 1 day before my arrival. They then said I'd get my money back within 10-15 business days. Well, it's been over one month and the refund is nowhere to be seen, despite contacting them 3 times. By now it is clear that I'll never have my money back.

¿Cuál es la mejor forma de denunciar una web de este tipo?
Realicé la reserva de un hotel en Madrid a través de esta página. Creo recordar que me salió anunciada por la búsqueda de hoteles en Google. La elegí porque daban la opción de cancelación (hasta las 12 de la noche del 21 de septiembre). He estado intentando cancelar durante varios días de antelación. Sin embargo, primero no reconoce los ids de reserva, luego si los reconoce pero te dice que no se puede hacer la cancelación. Tienes varias opciones, llamar a un número de teléfono de Kuwait :D (claro que sí guapi!), escribir un correo de ayuda o un ticket a través de la web. He hecho las dos últimas opciones. Cero respuesta. Por supuesto el hotel no puede cancelar la reserva de este tipo de compañías. Ojalá los hoteles no usaran este tipo de servicio.

SCAMMER BE AWARE they took my money & booked hotel when i asked hotel they refused any reservation. Now they asking me to pay 915/- aed More for just 2 days. i am going to file complain in Dubai Consumer Protection.

A BIG SCAM
Just like others, reserved a hotel in Italy for 13 June 2022 and got a confirmation email after paying through the credit card. Instantly got a Email that the reservation has been cancelled. Within 10 mins got a call from Anji from Rehlat that whether I would like to go with another booking or else your money will be refunded in 2 weeks. I Did not take a chance(thank God) and did booking with another reputed booking portal. After several follow-up emails, still haven't received our refund and continue to be "we are reviewing your concern". This is the the third month and we are still awaiting the refund.

"Inadmissivel - reembolso em causa"
Cancelei uma reserva que fiz neste site há três meses atrás e até agora ainda não recebi o reembolso. Primeiro disseram que o reem olso seria feito entre 10-15 dias. Os meses foram passando e nada. Contacto com eles por e-mail e as respostas já enervam. Dizem sempre que vão analisar ou que o reembolso está em processamento e às vezes nem respondem mais se eu não insistir. Fazem-se sempre de muito simpaticos e prestativos mas o facto é que é inadmissivel que ao fim de três meses o dinheiro ainda não esteja na minha conta. Cancellation RGL854311

Scammer Alert! I book a flight 1 month before but suddenly i cancelled it before 2 weeks. The customer representative message me i will get the 50% of refund now it almost 4 months but i never received anything then no reply in my mail.Kindly check the booking details QH4PAAH2.

Just like others, reserved a hotel for July 30-August 3rd. Morning of July 30, received an email stating Rehlat cancelled our reservations. THE MORNING OF OUR ARRIVAL. We were told refund would be processed within 15 business days. After several follow-up emails, still haven't received our refund and continue to be "we are reviewing your concern". DO NOT EVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

Their follow-up email to this review stated they were refunding $203 of the $2,215 (less than 10% of what I paid). An additional follow up email stated to ignore their first and that they were working on the issue.
If they spent 1/10th the amount of time actually addressing the problems they created as they do responding to these reviews, their profits would dramatically increase and they wouldn’t be dealing with complaints in the first place. DO NOT BOOK.
Update: Received refund several weeks later after posting negative reviews.
