"El 15 de agosto esta "empresa" cancelo…"

El 15 de agosto esta "empresa" cancelo la reserva el mismo día en que entraba al hotel estando en el lugar de destino, no me han reembolsado el dinero cosa que me indicaron que harían en un plazo de 10 días. Es una estafa nunca reserves en esta página es fraudulenta una auténtica vergüenza, puesto que además de la perdida de dinero supone un auténtico trastorno, dejándote en la calle en cualquier lugar del mundo.

Good services, up to there promise. The only glitch I had the price of ticket at the last stage of payment increased by 900SR without knowing what is the reason. Later I discovered ( when I am in the airport at the counter) Rehlat added meals and luggage without I select any of such option.
Other than this the service is satisfactory.

This "company" is a scam.

No other words for them. I only wish i had read the reviews properly before losing over a thousand euro by booking accommodation with them. Like everyone else, they then cancelled my booking and refused to refund my payment. Their misleading customer service updates stating that they are trying to process a refund and that they have yet another "system failure" are almost aa frustrating as being scammed in the first place.

I had to book additional baggage the day of my flight- amazingly someone picked up the phone both calls I made- quickly. They actually sent me the info and payment link I needed and fulfilled my need - I was very impressed- this is the first travel company I've had a positive experience with customer service (even though the price of the baggage was insane!).

Je rejoins la litanie des autres voyageurs. L’hôtel a été annulé au dernier moment. Nous l’avons appris devant le comptoir de l’hôtel. J’ai passé toute la journée avec le support qui s’est borné à nous qu’ils étaient désolés de l’erreur et qu’ils allaient rembourser. Ensuite, tous les jours sur le tchat, j’ai demandé le remboursement et toujours les mêmes réponses, c’est en cours… ce sont des voleurs. On parle ici de 839€. A fuir !
