Pessima esperienza mai avuta prima, dora in poi mi fidero solo di booking.
Abbiamo prenotato a maggio per la vacanza di agosto, un giorno prima ci hanno avvisato per la cancellazione, ci siamo venuti a sapere quando siamo arrivati in destinazione. E fin ora non abbiamo ricevuto nessun rimborso, il assistente continua a darci che verremo contattati ... ma sono gia passati 3 mesi!!! Poi per sfortuna siamo stati anche derubati durante il viaggio, abbiamo perso i soldi e dovevamo prendere anche una alloggio alternativo con il doppio delle spese...Per favore ridateci i soldi...

"Greedy 3rd party sham of a booking business"

I made a hotel reservation and needed to cancel. They not only asked me at least 3 times through email if I was sure... I couldn't do it easily online. Reservation was made 2 months in advance and canceled a week later when better deal was found. They will not refund their 'deposit'/ their fee for hustling you and thinking free cancelation.

Look at the dates of reviews. This company is running ponzi scheme and obviously is not in good standing financially. PILE ON the complaints and END them before they pull more peoples money

After sending a solitors letter, still nothing. Same lame excuse.
Onto to plan B now.

Never book with this agency. Its a total scam. I have booked a hotel in barcelona in 4 months in advance. They took a deposit but when i have to pay the rest of booking their system had an error and i was not able to pay for 3 days. I have been emailing them with more than 20 emails and they still reply that i have to try later. I was asking them all the time to not cancel the booking, or at least change the booking so i can pay at the hotel. But at the end even they told me that they will do their best to resolve my problem they cancelled my booking. So i hade to book the hotel on agoda for double of the price! Rehlat is a nithtmare. Dont ever use this scam agency!!!!

Sono rimasto senza hotel perché avevano annullato la prenotazione senza avvertire.
Ho dovuto pagare io, non mi hanno mai restituito i soldi.
Sono veramente dei padri.

These are scammers. We booked the perfect hotel in Budapest, but when we arrived we were told the booking was cancelled 3 days ago. Obviously, it wasn't cancelled by us. At that time it was impossible to find anything decent, so our holiday was ruined. Rehlat told us there was a technical difficulty and that we will get a refund. We never got a refund from them, although my husband sent lots of emails and was told the refund is coming. Luckily WISE payment system returned the money to us after their investigation after 2 months. It wasn't rehlat that gave us the refund, but our bank. I guess one has to buy from more well-known brands like booking.com and use a reliable helpful bank. I would recommend everybody who got scammed by this company to complain to your bank and hopefully, this could help to boycott this company through different payment systems.
