"Unnecessarily complex"

The interface between end user (me) & RP is unnecessarily complex. “Please type your reply above this line”; most people know how email works by now. Parts were very slow to be despatched.
But comms is very good from them; replies to messages are swift & helpful. Emma in particular was polite, helpful & positive. So customer service is good but the overall experience was distinctly mixed.
