I ordered a Suomy SR-GP ( Peter Hickman helmet) and had to wait some while for it to come from Suomy, but I would definitely use Reactive parts again. As I said, long wait time from Suomy, which is totally outwith the control of Reactive Parts… but Reactive parts did great by me, always kept me up to date, explained the situation and offered updates along the way when they got them. Massive thank you to Leon as well who kept pressing Suomy for a delivery date. Thanks team Reactive!

I've used Reactive parts a couple of times now and always ask for the same person. TBH all are helpful but I first dealt with Leon and wanted to deal with him if available. Especially when we had a big issue with couriers but Lean dealt with this very well and satisfied my worries and frustrations. Always knowledgeable and professional who's a credit to Reactive Parts.
