Absolutely terrible customer experience with this company. purchased a product which was shipped missing critical parts. reached out, asked for the correct parts to be sent expedited - to which the CX team chose on their own to not do. It has been over 9 days since the replacement part was supposedly sent. they won't refund the order, they won't send a new part. these people are bozos and care only about themselves. strongly suggest buying from a company that cares.
