I’ve had nothing but positive experiences so far with the guys and gals from Reactive Parts. Friendly, helpful and know what they’re talking about. Only reason for only four stars is that (admittedly by no fault of their own) I had to wait a long time for my parts to arrive. But all things considered, will certainly order at RP again.

Definitely the worst motorcycle parts company I buy from, from a service perspective, by a country mile. The business model just doesn't work. Need to hold more stock because items are never in stock when I order even though they are sometimes listed as in stock. From this point on it's just a series of failed estimates of when I will receive my purchase and it just drags on. I definitely wouldn't buy from Reactive if these brands were available from other distributors. I appreciate that some parts are hard to source in these difficult times but other suppliers are way outperforming Reactive by a long margin. It would be more bearable if I paid when the parts were available but instead Reactive bank the customer's cash for a couple of months until they ship the product. Please put the customer first and hold stock. Be less reactive and more proactive.

I've had a really positive experience with customer services at reactive parts. I needed a spare part from a RearSet assembly which I couldn't find available anywhere. The customer services were super quick to reply to my somewhat badly explained/obscure request, kept me informed through out the comms and came up good with the part I need. They took the time to reach out to the manufacturer directly and get the exact part I needed, not only this they confirmed a part I thought to be single use was not. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received and will definitely opt to purchase from them again.

11 Feb 2022: asked if the kits i wanted was avaiable
got answer back in 5min: I can confirm that the approximate lead time for these products will be 14-21 working days.
Ordered the part same expecting 3weeks production and 1 week delivery (worst case senario)
14 feb 2022 they put out some 10% love on their instagram "on all bundles",i contacted them since just ordered but "NO LOVE" to get there..
02 mars 2022 they ask for ekstra sending info..
21 mars 2022 I ask for progress since no news on delivery
28 mars 2022 They still "waiting for the kit" ( crc-fairings and reactiveparts are "Door-to-door")
31.mars 2022 at last it is shipped.. waiting happly..

So got the shippment.. the finish is not near they show in photos or claim, it is badly sanded al over, endges are ruff, holes in fiber and fittment is way
of severel placed doe to bad cutting from factory. ready for paint ? no way :-(
they been answering fast on mail,but thats it. they call you valued custumer and they should cause crc product is overpriced compared to quality.

i can no see me doing any more shopping with reactiveparts again, and the crc-fairings , nope switching back to bikerplast products.

answer: Sorry is all that you have been, a smart resolution would be offer a småll giftcard on the amount and you would probaly have gained more sales on the same order.
