This is a review on the CRC fairings part alone, however being the same company, I feel it belongs here too.
Having been amazed by my first set of fairings which were pre fitted to a bike I bought, I ordered another set however the Product quality was absolutely disgusting. They were also very reluctant to give a refund, which they did eventually hence the 2 stars not 1.
Customer service is amazing, until you have a complaint. Non the less, since the quality has declined and the price increased, I wouldn’t return unless they sorted it out.

Parts ordered previously and on this occasion are not delivered on time as specified by the company. Approximately three times the duration to wait for the ordered items to arrive and in addition damaged (carbonin fairings).
Having immediately informed reactive they were effective in communication although having waited so long I decided to repair the damage myself.
Low score is for repeated very late delivery of parts ordered.
