Great company with good service but you can never use your account to make a purchase, so you have purchase as a new customer every time which means you never get your rewards points and can't track your orders.

I ordered several items from Reactive Parts, most of which were dispatched immediately, however, there were some delayed items due to difficulties in them obtaining stock from 3rd party suppliers. I contacted Reactive Parts over the delays and they were always very responsive and courteous in dealing with my queries. They dispatched the items as they became available without quibbling about additional shipping costs etc. I would definitely recommend them, its just a shame they are (as are many other distributors at the moment) struggling to obtain one or two items from overseas suppliers.
