The Director didn't wait for the manufacturer to deal with it.
He supplied me with brand new part at his own expenses to keep me happy.

"Rebranded Capit tyre warmers"

I purchased a set of capit tyre warmers. These are pictured on the website with Capit logos.

They arrived branded up with Reactive parts logos .

They should be pictured like this on the website so people know what they're receiving.

"Decent until you request a refund"

Perfect customer service and timely responses prior to purchases, non existent when requesting refunds!!!

My partner ordered a part which ended up being the wrong year, and decided to arrange an exchange which RP agreed. He then asked for a refund instead and posted the parcel back recorded delivery. Since then RP haven't even acknowledged his emails and for some reason he can't get through when calling from his mobile number which worked before..(strange, but he didn't bother with telephone as per the T&C's and refund policy you must contact them by email or writing only)

The parcel was delivered to them which they still did not acknowledge, contact to exchange the part or send a refund to my partner. This was last month (April 2021).

Good thing I told him to use his credit card as he has now had to open a dispute with the bank. Unfortunately my partner didn't see the bad reviews on google regarding refunds not being sent, until he started panicking after not receiving a response 2 weeks after sending his last email and posting the part back.

Won't be bothering with this company going forward- rather my partner spend a few more pennies dealing with a genuine company that don't continously breach their own T&C's.

Ordered part from their website and then called for order update and was been told your order will be with you after 2 weeks? When it clearly says that product will be sent by next working days. Anyway i ordered the same part from another company which arrived the next day and asked these thieves to refund my money. Its been 10 days and the whole team on the phone is lying to me and holding my money every time you call them they come with different story and excuses absolutely unprofessional simple as. Would never ever buy or recommend them. If you want to beg for your money do try these bunch of thieves
