I had written a online message about price matching on a Wednesday, by Saturday afternoon I still had no response. Despite stating a maximum of 48hr response.
I rang chasing my request and the two guys I spoke to were very helpful and friendly. Was asked to resubmit my message and someone would definitely be back in touch Tuesday morning. So I did. Tuesday came nothing, Most of Wednesday went still nothing so I rang again. Again the guys were really nice and helpful this time was sorted out on the phone and any questions I had were answered with expertise.
I placed my order online which came to over £500 but had no confirmation email/invoice and I received no members points on my account. Did email about this issue but again I haven’t had a response.
The only reason why I have given 3stars so far is because of the genuine guys I spoke to on the phone.

I ordered some axle protectors and an oil filler cap. Delivery from England to Australia was about a week and a half. I was amazed at how fast it was despite the global pandemic. I was constantly informed about how my order was progressing. Complete professionals. One to bookmark, I will definitely order from again.
