"3 months and still no item"

Zero stars because after 3 months I still haven't gotten my item, doesn't matter if they reply me emails quick or not.

I was promised ordered item to arrive to this seller in 2 weeks and another 1 week to ship them to me + covid delays.
So now the item reach this seller only after 1.5 months and being quite and expensive item they couldn't bother to ship with private courier and instead use normal mail which cause another 2 months of delay and made it untrackable here I am 3 months later still without my ordered item

For a product that has come from overseas to ship to Australia, it came here on a timely manner especially with the pandemic at the moment which was very good, and the price was reasonably fair aswell.

I ordered through the Lightech site and everything went well. No problems. I just would of liked an update, to say item was dispatched. I wasn’t aware of Reactive Parts website at the time and was a little bit strange to me, when parts came from another site. Otherwise I recommend.
