The team at reactive are great, their delivery service, customer care and ordering teams for advise on the products are all seriously are top performers. But you cannot sell poor quality products and expect the team to be able to deal with it, that's not a good business model. It's the product final which everyone will want to know is good and unfortunately people are starting to say that you are expensive and the quality is not so good....have a search on some forums for some honest answers.

I ordered a set of R1 frame covers,heres what happen...
I ordered and payed,had the normal email stating 7-10 day delivery
After 10 days i contacted them as nothing arrived and was told they will get back to me,they contacted me back saying there's a problem and it may be the end of the month,so i waited and nothing,so contacted them again and was told they will contact the supplier tomorrow and i'll hear back the same day.....i didn't hear back
i contacted them again via "live chat"as my emails were not being answered,i was told the supplier said they will send them within 10 days,so again i waited,after 10 days i contacted them again and informed them that i had waited "6 WEEKS" and still had nothing,so wanted a refund,which they said will take 7-10 days but should be sooner.....which i am still waiting for (7 days so far) and still counting,
My main problems with them are.....
1-Emails not always answered...you end up chasing them on live chat
2-Why am i chasing them for answers ?
3-Covers still on there web site while not available
4-cant blame other company's like lighttech etc when you are them (there contact details are reactive parts)
5-Should have been honest and offered a refund due to the long wait,
I know they will respond to this review saying parts were coming from italy etc etc...but that was never mention to me,my son is in executive sales for one of the largest motorcycle dealers in the UK so i know how it works and if i was made aware of this i would have cancelled the order,this is the first and last time i will order from them,i ordered from another place on the thursday and the covers arrived the following day.....i will follow up with this to let people know how the refund went...i know others have had alot of problems with waiting for products and refunds but my credit card company and the ombudsman told me after 14 days they can step in and resolve it.....lets wait

Christine was fantastic when my order shipped but had issues with US Customs. The shipping was fast and any delays were on the shipping company and not reactive. Will always come back for more parts! Absolutely love my rearsets and proudly have them on all three of my bikes!
