I required a usb charging cable for my ski boot warmers as the original one had developed a faults. The cost of the replacement was £40! For a USB charging cable this is outrageous. How do you justify this cost? If the quality was worth the money then the original wouldnt have stopped working.

I accidentally order a small pair of gloves when I should have ordered XL! So in a second order I ordered the size I needed. One of the staff realised that some was wrong and contacted me and rather than sending both out and having to deal with a returns we arranged to only have the XL sent and process a refund for small. Great customer service :-). Not had the weather to test the gloves yet :-(.

La plupart des produits proposés sont de piètre qualité et pas du tout à la hauteur de ce que laissent espérer les tarifs très élevés auxquels ils sont proposés.
De plus le service client est totalement défaillant. Les réponses sur les réseaux sont hypocrites et mensongères....et dans la vraie vie inexistantes.
Vous l'aurez compris, expérience très décevante que je déconseille vivement.
