"Power Gloves Ski Light Boost"

I ordered these for my wife who really suffers from cold hands while skiing. It was a last-minute order 48 hours before we left, but the team at Termic-UK were fantastic and got the gloves to us in 24 hours.

The gloves were brilliant and kept my wife hands toasty warm - I feel bad giving just four stars, but a wrist loop fell off the gloves on day two. Easily fixable at home with a needle and thread, but not ideal.

got advice with a product following the loss of my original charging device. item has proven to be successful although arrived with suspect packaging and no instructions so was a little frustrating and also felt like a repackaged item.

Called up the company as could not get extended batteries for the boost heated gloves in the shops where we are staying.
Very helpful guy who advised me on the online shop ordering process and where best to send them, out of my 3 options, as I had only a few days to play with.
Batteries arrived 2 days later to my daughter who then brought them out to where we are skiing.
Very pleasant experience. Professional efficient and friendly.

"Let down by the quality of the goods…"

Although customer service was friendly and responsive the low score was down to the product failing after around 40 days use for my annual ski trips. I have lost trust in the brand and no one seemed interested to help. Paying £300 for some electric gloves I would expect them to last a lifetime.

I use my heated socks every day at the moment. They are great. The only down sides to the product I purchased are:
- Battery life not great
- No way to tell how full the batteries are
- When I disconnect the battery terminals (I do this through my trousers when I get home) it seems that the battery packs don’t switch off

I would upgrade to the Bluetooth using a but they are very expensive

Unfortunately the left glove wouldn't charge and I reurned the product. The Looked well made and felt comfortable though.
