"I wish I could leave zero stars"

I wish I could leave zero stars. This is a drop shipping company straight out of China. I placed an order December 2nd 2024 for nails for my step daughter. Tracking stopped updating after they "arrived in Chicago, IL." I tried requesting a refund via the "customer service" email address and "Johnny" refused to give a refund and just kept replying with, "we send you another." After going back and forth with "Johnny" for literally a week, I said sure, send another, knowing perfectly well that one won't arrive either. That was a month ago now. Still haven't received the original order or the "we send you another" order. If you like just giving your money away, order from them. If not, avoid at all costs. So tired of these drop shipping companies.
