I had paid using PayPal which unbeknownst to me still had my previous address as the shipping address as we recently moved. So I emailed Curvlife and in less than 10 hrs they had resolved the issue and have my ordering shipping to me and free shipping at that. Love it I will never go to a nail salon again.

"Nails could be better but customer service is top notch"
I feel that the pictures of the press on nails online aren’t totally clear. I ordered some dark coloured nails and the underside was white and just made the nail look extra fake and I couldn’t shape them because when I filed them you could see white. That being said, I contacted the company and they promptly sent me replacement nails at no cost. Impressed with the customer service. The glue is awesome!

I ordered mine 12/22/24 and I still haven’t received anything! This is a scam!! I have reached out to them via email multiple times and they’ve not been helpful. They don’t even have a phone number to call to speak to a person. I requested a refund. They refused and said they’d send out the order again. I didn’t want to potentially wait another month to receive nothing. Needless to say, I disputed the charge with my bank. They do not handle business well, nor do they provide quality customer service. Would rather shop on Amazon. ZERO stars!!!

I received my product about two weeks ago and I am extremely pleased! I have had them on for 12 days so far and only 1 has fallen off. I have cleaned house, washed dishes, washed both my dogs and, because I’m used to having salon nails on, they feel very natural. With that, I am excited to order more, more, more.

I ordered Nails glue on December 27 as yet they are still not here so I can’t rate the product itself. What I can rate is their customer service I have contacted customer service three times regarding this order and why there has been no movement in tracking since January 14 Each time I have contacted customer service. They’ve been kind enough to reply with the same tracking number that I already had when they told me the order shipped I have asked repeatedly for assistance with this order to either have the order confirmed as being shipped Or tell me what the delay is each and every time I get the tracking number. No reply to my questions just a tracking number. As far as customer service goes, they have none.
