Jessy did a great job designing the kitchen and would highly recommend her. Geoff who fitted the kitchen for us has done a great job installing it. It is great tom see a tradesman who still takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond. He was also cherry and courteous while he was here, I would highly recommend Geoff to do any king of joinery work

"Disappointed with Anderson’s a great experience with this…"
Not a great experience with this company. Still waiting for faulty flooring to be replaced after nearly 2 years! Concern was raised during installation however manager and fitters argued between themselves about how it should be installed and nothing was resolved. Flooring started to sink and lift very quickly in multiple areas as it was laid directly into quarry tiles. We spent a lot of money having kitchen, utility and flooring done but it has always looked terrible. The manager promised a new floor in early summer but now it’s nearly September again! . Very disappointed with Anderson’s.

"Complete and perfect Service"
Very, very impressed with the price, quality, workmanship and service from Andersons. Kerry was extremely helpful in helping us choose, working well to get the best for our budget. The joiner/fitter was Paul and hes probably the most skilled, focused and dilligent tradesman we have ever come across. The icing on the cake was the after sales service. We had a minor problem with the positioning of one of lighting channels (actually our fault, due to not explaining to the electrician where we wanted it). The branch manager, Linda came to our house to have a look and immediatelly rectified it with what we would call a special kind of magic. In todays climate of shoddy workmanship and almost zero after sales service, to say we were gobsmacked by her intuition and commitment to us is a huge understatement. Our kitchen is beautiful, and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Andersons.

"First class installation"
First class service from Anderson’s Kilmarnock from initial design through to final installation. Kerry was superb, no sales pressure at all and did the upmost to get is the best discount available.
We had arranged installation with Davy separately, however, he also fits for Anderson’s. Davy’s experience and knowledge was the icing on the cake, his suggestions and ultimately the quality of his workmanship is unsurpassed, we are over the moon with the kitchen and couldn’t have asked for anymore.

We received excellent service from the minute we met John Partington in the Stranraer showroom until our completed kitchen four weeks later.
Stuart the fitter carried out a first-class job that could not be faulted.
John checked regularly throughout the fitting that we were happy with the products and workmanship. We have no hesitation in recommending Andersons of Stranraer.

"Nightmare"
I would heavily warn anyone against using Anderson’s services. The work was contracted to finish in 5 weeks' time, it begun in January, and this is the 5th month in which our home is still a construction site! They have installed multiple malfunctioning items and when this was brought to their attention it was a hassle to resolve. The poor workmanship has resulted in uneven, incomplete, chipped flooring. They have taken incorrect measurements countless times which led to unlevelled flooring and required us to have a new front door replaced. Despite assuring us they will handle the matter they are currently pressuring us to accept a sub-quality ill-fitting front door, which will create a safety hazard. They are not taking ownership of their faults.
They’ve not only been incredibly rude to deal with and are purposefully delaying their work, they have also been harassing us for payment for unfinished, shoddy work. Despite putting the work on hold for multiple weeks their workmen have shown up at the house delivering letters and parking outside the house making us feel unsafe in our own home.
What’s the most worrying is that the house is a safety hazard and has been since January. There is loose, sharp tiling all over the entrance and exposed wires as well as the downstairs bathroom being unusable.
We want the job over and done with. The amount stress we’ve had to go through emailing them back and forth is simply abhorrent and yet there is no outcome. It has been an incredibly long and frustrating arduous ordeal!
