Never ever again. I have purchased 2200 earrings. They charge me $400 for small light ground USPS way for small box. I received 600 earrings instead and all cheap Chinese BS, nothing what was pictured. SCAMMER Company!

Terrible company that is going down hill fast.

Won an auction, failed to deliver on time. Sent them a message that it has been 30 days and the item was not been shipped and i have not been contacted. Send a message to the company, next day they canceled my order. 2 days later my same exact order gets mixed with more items and put up for auction. B-Stock is not a fair bidding site and a-lot of scummy stuff goes on in the back scene. Stay far away.

Spent over 10k with this irresponsible company without knowing what i am getting myself and my company into. It has been two months since my purchase they still cant tell me if they will ship the load or it got lost or its still in manifest, literally if i was to ask those questions to someone random on the street they would be as helpful as bstock customer service is. They have no idea about anything thats going on after your purchase. One thing they be responsible about is to collect your payment and get lost from there you have to figure it out yourself nobody will help you. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY THEY DONT DESERVE THE HARDWORKING AMERICANS PENNY THEY ARE THE WORST IN THEIR JOB AND WILL NOT HELP YOU IN ANY SITUATION.
Till today after probably over 50 calls with them and the carrier they cant give me any information, its mind-blowing, then really whats the point of even them being there?
Money trap, and at this point i am getting convinced this could even be a big scam that just takes your money for nothing.
Companies like this should be terminated by the state and I definitely will have authorities involved on this case to give me some type of solution. USA is not built on companies like this, this is a big shame to them

Was a customer for a long time and when the order process works it is fine. Warning when an order goes missing or doesn't come on time be prepared for for a lot of time on the phone and frustration at either the incompetence or lack of care in which your issue is handled. No follow up or accountability and a lot of empty promises that lead to wasted time on the phone and frustration.

BStock definitely has some major customers services issues, their systems glitch, auctions ending, and two minutes later opens back up is very concerning. As others have said, do your research before buying through their platform.

Hallo, leider habe ich sehr schlechte Erfahrungen machen müssen. Ich habe auf Amazon B-Ware Auktionen geboten, angeblich aus DE Stock, also Retouren Artikel aus dem deutschen Markt. Leider ist viel Ware aus anderen EU Ländern dabei, die sich in Deutschland nicht verkaufen lassen. Außerdem ist der Großteil der Ware totaler Schrott oder es sind Artikel dabei die unnütz und somit unverkäuflich sind. Mann kann sagen, dass vielleicht 10 Prozent der Waren gut sind. Leider bekommt man mit diesen Waren aber das investierte Geld nicht mal annähernd raus. Es ist ein absolutes Verlustgeschäft. Kann jedem nur raten, die Finger von diesem Schrotthändler zu lassen.

Got my most recent “A/B” condition pallet and we actually had salvage furniture in the pallet. It was marked as salvage and still but in an A/B condition pallet. Very disappointed and upset about that mishap. Filed a dispute & hoping they make it right!

These guys are scammers!!! I won an auction, waited the 2 business days to pay them and the day after I paid they canceled my order. I sent multiple emails asking about my refund and no one responded so I filed a claim with my bank. The morning my bank approved my claim, B-Stock shut down my account while I have 3 paid, but unshipped orders.

I will be filing claims on those as well since I can’t access my account for shipping.

My experience after 4 years.
Not profitable. Too much garbage when condition A/B. I expect it when condition is mixed or C/D.
Is a very frustrated issues in costco merchandise. I am swear too many times they abet garbage.
