I’m very disappointed with the customer service as well as the time allocated for sellers to ship winning lots.
Recently one an Amazon lot with 674 units received only 40 can’t get an confirmation of when the other items will be shipped or not to dispute because they have 28 days to fulfilled orders they still selling online. If an items sells out online before yours fulfill they will cancel your order.
Recently won a bid for Amazon that was cancelled because they wasn’t able to fulfill my order.
This process is very bad for businesses who used this site to stock their business.

Been purchasing from Bstock for almost 2 years. Every now and again issues arrise and generally we get email correspondence to fix said issues. In the most recent order I placed there was an issue from the carrier. I reached out via email and did not receive the information I was expecting. After waiting for a response for a few days I decided to reach out to their customer support via phone call. There was a phone cue, and I opted for a call back, within the next 5 minutes I received a call from Bstock. On this call Ms. Ananda was very professional, kind, and thorough. She, very nicely, took my information, and informed me she would place me on hold while she did her magic. She was able to find an update on my order and the reason it was in limbo. She then helped me by getting the mediation team to look into the order and gave me the information i was expecting. She made sure she had answered my concerns, and I can say we are very pleased with the job Ms. Ananda did for us on this occasion.
