"Scam! Buyer Beware!"
Sizing ring they sent fit perfect, but ring was too tight. They said they would fix but for a fee. Now they won't even fix for a fee so I'm screwed. Claims they changed policy after our purchase. Customer service is limited to texting and takes days to get a reply, at which point they use stall tactics. Then they said I was unprofessional after getting mad. They didn't provide their name, misspelled my name, and are now ghosting me. Online scam business! Buyer Beware!

"No lead time"
No lead time. No Updates. No customer support number. When you do call the number that they have online, they send you to voice mail. Will update if I get a response but this is ridiculous. I ordered rings through a competitor ( Brilliant Earth) and they are so much more transparent than this company. I'm in the US so I don't think this is the issue.
Edit: they replied saying someone reached out on 7/29 and they did but they have not resolved the issue.
Edit: 10/1 - I got my ring. Easily tarnishable. Not good quality. I have a $20 ring from King Will and it's a lot better than what they sent me. Very disappointed.

I ordered a ring from Manly bands, it came very quickly and well in time for my wedding day. I loved the ring and the customer experience. Just after my wedding day, we found put that I had lost weight and my ring didn't fit anymore. We called up and they sorted it right away with a replacement in the corrected size.
Lovely customer service and unique/top class ordering experience.

"Customer Service Nonexistent (Updated)"
The ring is ok quality, but seems a bit overpriced for what it is. The big issue is the with the customer service. Right on the main webpage they state free exchanges, what they fail to tell you is that "free" actually means $30 restocking fee. Wish I had gone elsewhere.

"Perfect Customer Experience"
I ordered my wedding ring and used the print out paper sizer to get my size. Unfortunately when my ring arrived although it fit it was painful to take off. I contacted Manly Bands for advice and they recommended returning for .5 a size bigger which they were very helpful, responsive and courteous throughout the whole experience. I now have the correct size ring which arrived slightly earlier than expected and the product is fantastic too.
I can't fault my experience with Manly Bands at all, a perfect example of customer service. I would absolutely recommend. Thanks!

"Amazing company and amazing rings"
ordered from the UK, this was my wedding ring. to start with the discount i managed to get thanks to a sale was unreal!
The first ring I got was actually a bit too small, had a bit of a pain sending it back as I dont like anywhere near any of the FedEx drop off locations which isnt Manly Bands fault at all. After speaking with MB and letting them know it would be a 3 hr round trip for me to go to the closest drop off point they offered collection which was great. New ring arrived 4 weeks later and its perfect!

I believe the customer service received ultimately runs parallel with why the founders started business.
I had difficulty finding the right size for my band. Embarrassed to say, but it was my fault. Maria and Chelsie went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much, I appreciate you both.

"Absolutely in love"
Absolutely in love. We ordered 'The Fox' and 'The Ava' for our wedding bands as we wanted something a bit different and special.
Ordered on 25th Jan and received both within 3 weeks, which is impressive as they were shipped from the US to the UK
The quality is amazing and they look beautiful on.
The sizes were true to what we expected and no issues with this for us
My only gripe (if you can call it that) is they are unable to engrave the rings to ship out of the US. Because they are so beautiful I would have loved to be able to get this but understand international shipping etc does have limits
We will absolutely be ordering from there again

My husband has the koa wood ring. It got messed up in a fire pit. The company replaced it. Engraving and all. Great company. Good quality and service. Highly recommend.

"After waiting nearly 3 months for the…"
After waiting nearly 3 months for the ring to arrive, it finally arrived today, and we were sent the wrong size. We ordered a 4.25 and what we received was at least a 4.5. It just fell off my finger. I don't even have the words to describe my frustration.
