"Source of stress during already stressful time"

International shipping is a joke. Took forever, absolutely no updates, and the ring was 'lost in the mail' in the end. After contacting support 3 times I finally got a refund, but they're letting me know if the item every appears as delivered on their end they're charging me again. So I guess I have a few MORE months of checking on their terrible shipping information. Weddings are stressful enough without having to deal with awful companies.

I placed an order with Manly Bands a year ago - 1 July 2022. After the first email, I never received the order, I never received another email in fact I heard not a thing from them. 12 months later I get marketing emails from them. Reminding me that they have my money and never provided the product. I send an email, to which I get a response that they have now canceled my order and not to expect a refund!!! Worst service ever. Do not buy from this company all talk no action!!! Happy to steal your money and fob you off.

I purchased a made-to-order ring called the WOZ for my husband and it is beautifully made. I wanted a high-quality, durable, and unique wedding ring to fit my husband's personality and it is perfect. The staff at Manly Bands is also very helpful and attentive. There's no automated response to questions, it's real people and they get back to you as soon as possible. I also ordered a silicone band for my husband to wear while he's working and he says it's one of the most durable and comfortable silicone bands he's ever owned. I highly recommend.

Awaiting customer service who have been dismissing so far. Ring arrived scratched and damaged. Still waiting for proper customer service .

I ordered the Hunter ring for my boyfriend and it is just perfect! The engraving is super nice, it looks just like the pictures, the emails from the founder were a very kind gesture and overall I had a wonderful experience ordering from ManlyBands and hope to make another purchase in the future

I only have positive things to say: the ring I ordered, is beyond beautiful, it exceeded my expectations. The quality is insane, the design unlike anything I've ever seen before.

But I'm not sure what's better: their rings or their customer service. Never in my life have I had such a good customer service. I experienced some trouble with Portuguese customs. My original ring got sent back to the States, but Matt from customer service helped me so well: he sent me another ring as a replacement (free of charge) and when customs was acting difficult again, he wrote an email that prevented the replacement ring to be sent back as well. Matt was super helpful, he did such a big effort to try to figure out the whole situation (this is the short version, but this entire customs thing was process of a couple of weeks and a lot of irritation towards customs from my side). While Matt stayed calm and handled it super well :)

Honestly, you have nothing to worry about when you buy a ring from Manly Bands!



Oh and a quick note to the big boss of Manly Bands: please give Matt a raise (and make him employee of the month for the next couple of months)! He is one of a kind and I'm pretty sure you'll never find an employee like him again.
If in dictionaries words would be explained with pictures, I wouldn't be surprised to find his picture next to 'best customer service ever'

"Bought a manly bands ring back in…"

Bought a manly bands ring back in January for my wedding that was in May so everything was prepared. May rolled around and found the ring didn't fit as well so asked customer service and stated I would have to pay for a late resize and send the other one back. Not impressed consodering it hardly been worn really at all and I would probably have to wait weeks to get the replacement. Got a replacement from a much cheaper seller that is identical in all but name. They get their rings from the same place as many other cheaper options and just get the brand printed on. Feels like a bit of a rip off. Look elsewhere
