"I am not usually one to even write…"

I am not usually one to even write reviews but I have had such a horrible experience with this company. I ordered the wrong size ring at first, which was my fault. But getting ahold of someone to help you fix the problem is nearly impossible. Once I called, chatted, emailed, and finally got ahold of them they sent me the wrong size ring yet again. My final straw is now that I have decided I am done with this company and I sent my ring back and requested a refund, they only refunded me $46 and I was promised a full refund of $232. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

I ordered "The Abrams" which is now completely removed from the website.
Incredibly dissapointed about this almost $1,300 purchase. I will never buy from this website again.
