Purchased my Roma Denver Plus from Invamed purely on price and could not have been happier. Delivery was quick, Instructions easy to follow so soon on the road ( sorry, pavement ) with it. Very friendly staff when phoned up with a query about my order. Easy to order and delivery was quick.
Absolutely made up with the scooter so easy to assemble and dismantle only takes a few minutes and each piece is easy enough to lift in and out of the car boot. Nice comfortable seat and easy to maneuverer.

"Appalling customer service."
I reported a part damaged and fallen off inside the package. I provided pictures. My wife made the report and mistakenly said the part was metal not plastic. I followed up for discussion as to solutions and was informed the fault was mine. The recording was used as the reason for the decision. Would not allow access to the recording. Appalling customer service.
