Ordered online for standard delivery, it arrived the next day.
The only issue I had was the owners manual regarding battery charging....
One section on battery charging said leaving the batteries on charge after a full charge would help to condition the batteries but the separate sheet in the deliver pack said don't leave the batteries on charge after a full charge as it will damage the batteries.

Excellent scooter. Easy to put together even though it is a little on the heavy side. Very easy to manoeuvre. Very comfortable. Great value and so quick deliverit actually arrived next day

"No good for hilly towns …"

Had the scooter 10 days and it just can’t cope with the roads here, too steep. Goes from full battery to one light in minutes going up from the shops to my house, I’ve been left stranded. It also cannot cope with moss. Was going down a steepish lane with some moss and the brakes Couldn’t stop it when I started to slide, even when I took my hand off the paddle. I just carried on rolling downwards I was terrified. Complete waste of money for me!. If you are somewhere completely flat I guess would be fine .

"SELL 'DEATHTRAPS' AND ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY!"

SELL 'DEATHTRAPS' AND ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY! Bought a Roma scooter which ARRIVED with faulty braking system! If on a slight hill, I would roll into a road, or roll backwards into people! Contacted the seller, who sent out several engineers over 14 months and couldn't fix it! Took it to a local scooter shop (at my expense) who diagnosed it as a faulty motherboard from factory! This scooter should NEVER have left the factory! Roma, who also trade as 'Invamed' accepted NO RESPONSIBILITY! They told me it was up to the seller to sort it out. Unfortunately the multitude of engineers wasn't capable of diagnosing the problem. So I am stuck with a mobility scooter with FAULTY BRAKES! Roma/Invamed are disgraceful for ignoring the fact THEY MANUFACTURE 'DEATHTRAPS'!

After trying to sell the scooter cheap for 12 months, there was no interest. Eventually, I listed it for free! Although a few people came to look at the scooter, they all thought it was to dangerous! I ENDED UP TAKING A MINT CONDITION 'AS NEW' MOBILITY SCOOTER TO THE TIP!

I still stand by my review, and here is further evidence:

1. Recently I got a call from 'Morphy Richards' regarding a 'potential' fault on my 3.5 year old gas hob. Despite buying from a 3rd party seller, Morphy Richards at their own cost, arranged a British Gas engineer to call round. What they didn't do is palm it off onto the 3rd part seller like yourselves! Morphy Richards did not want to be responsible for harm or death and took full onus of the situation!

2. (This one is even better!) 'Vauxhall' contacted me with regards to a serious fault on my 'Zafira' car! The car was SEVEN years old and had FOUR previous owners! So this car had been bought and sold multiple times! ....so a 3rd party seller wasn't even on the radar! Vauxhall booked my car in to one of their centre's at there own cost and took care of the problem. I didn't even know about the problem, but Vuaxhall tracked me down and again took full onus of the situation. Vauxhall did not want to be responsible for harm or death!

3. Now as for Roma/Invamed... Clearly you wasn't bothered about harm or death? Unlike the above mentioned morally guided companies. So the way I see it... As I had contacted you twice... At the very least you should have thought...? 'One of OUR scooters, with OUR brand name, from OUR manufacturing plant, has released a DEATHTRAP. We need need to look into this'. But you wasn't bothered! Knowing I was having serious issues with the scooter, and that the seller tried to put things right, by sending multiple engineers... Maybe contacting the seller, not just on my behalf... but because you had originally sold the DEATHTRAP to them also. Like I have mentioned.. Shouldn't this have concerned you?, that YOUR product was unsafe, and would have wanted to make sure that YOUR product wasn't responsible for harm or death?

As we spoke over the phone, you mentioned you 'couldn't compensate every customer with a faulty scooter' ...If EVERY customer had a faulty scooter, you would have no business! And if it was only the OCCASIONAL customer, clearly it would be a drop in the ocean as far as revenue is concerned? Not to mention bad reviews like this one.

At the very least you should have investigated YOUR faulty product due to the seriousness of it! It could have warranted a total recall.

(Also... Pretending to be helpful to readers by stating how the 3rd party seller could buy parts from you to fix the problem... YOU ARE ALREADY AWARE THERE IS NO SCOOTER TO REPAIR, AS IT WENT TO THE TIP!)

AND YOUR "thorough investigation" WENT AS FAR AS, 'IT'S THE SELLERS PROBLEM!' Nothing about looking into the scooter, or where it FAILED QUALITY CONTROL! And as for "come to our attention"... I had already told you multiple times were I bought the scooter! You even had a problem grasping this over the phone!
