Netagent professes to have discounts from the agents but when you receive the list of agents and compare them to their websites the prices are exactly the same. Only one company bothered to contact me to arrange a viewing but their commission was one of the highest. Otherwise it was generic prices and nothing was tailored made.

I stumbled across 'netanagent' by mistake but so glad I did!
I didn't realise that Estate Agents fees could differ so dramatically and this site was easy to use and gave a clear information.
If you want to save ££££££ then don't hesitate to use.

The list of agents provided through Netanagent enabled us to select a good one. Commission fees varied greatly(0.6% to 2.4%); there were several on-line agents included in the list, but we went with a fairly local "high street" agent whose first viewer decided to buy! What more could you want (apart from a lower commission fee)?

Just typed in my details and it showed all the available and not that highly popular agents. I did manage to get the exact agent I was looking for, which I don't think I would have got otherwise. Many thanks for netanagent.

I filled in details and got quotes from netanagent, and picked a midrange agent to come and quote (Hudson moody of York). They came promptly and seemed good, but now we've signed the paperwork, they seem utterly useless. They have zero urgency and don't offer sellers basic courtesies such as letting you know when they have finished so you can go back. Also almost a week has gone by with only one viewing, so now I'm worried about the asking price. After that viewing, they didn't give feedback until I phoned up to request it.
So in summary, netanagent did get quotes, but don't assume the agents that are quoting for you are reputable or will do a good job. An option to review the agents on netanagent would improve the website, so you could be forwarded about dodgy agents like this one.
