Basically, do not hand your number over, I've had about 15 spam fishing calls a day since I did. Absolutely awful.

Much as others have said, their website offers a comparison of fees and comes up readily in Google searches for estate agent reviews. However, they will send your information to these estate agents (without you creating an account with them) and claim they referred you to the estate agents and that they are due 25% of the fees. They do not make clear what they’re doing when you enter your email address and it does seem like a breach of GDPR.

I had already contacted an agent and agreed a percentage for commission for selling my flat. However, my husband subsequently entered the flat details on this website and now the agent is saying he has received a letter from them saying they will take 25% of the commission as a fee even though we did not find them through this website! The agent is now wanting to increase the fee to cover the amount he has to pay to this website. I think they must be breaking GDPR regulations as they are passing on details to agents without permission.
Following writing this review the company contacted me and have removed my details from their database.

I submitted my details to compare local estate agents. The information provided was either outdated, irrelevant or misleading.

They then proceeded to forward my enquiry to every local estate agent to the point that I'm being hounded with calls.

Avoid at all costs.

Blatant disregard to GDPR, distributed my personal contact details email and mobile telephone number without permission.

They say they will only provide your details to estate agents that you have chosen to quote. After doing a comparison they sent my details to every agent on their list without my permission. Do not use this website even as a comparison unless you are prepared to be contacted by every agent they have.

"Be aware, this company will pass on all your contact details regardless of what their terms state"

I entered my information to realise an initial quote of local agents % fees. Netanagent terms state they will only provide contact details (telephone/email address) to agent’s from whom you request a valuation. I did not request valuations from any agent, but my contact details was sent out to everyone. I will not use this company again.
