Working with the agent was very good. They provided me with quite a lot of agents, and I had a lot of communication very quickly. The downside is, I would suggest to anyone undertaking this service that you choose your agents carefully. I have had a mixed bag from the sublime to the ridiculous. The sad thing was the agent that I finally went with was not one I chose on the site; that being said, as an Internet service it does a sterling job.

The site turned up a clutch of agents that I had never heard of, and I probably would not have used them but for the follow up call which highlighted two who were local. Have selected one of them and greatly reduced the fees I will pay as a result.

It would help if the search results included the location of the agents concerned.
