I used this site and requested 2 agents to contact me ref. Selling a house. 48 hours later Wednesday till Friday and neither Agent has made contact by phone or email. Sorry but this site is a good tool but the agents obviously are not happy to respond I guess they don't want to pay the referal fees.

NetanAgent needs to check out the prices these companies are quoting; the cheapest one on my quote was Hatched at £495. But after a home visit from them, it soon became apparent that £495 was only the price if you used their solicitors, who worked out considerably more expensive than mine! So Hatched price was really £695, not the £495 they are advertising! That's cheating and misleading as it put me off contacting House Simple who were quoting £595. However, after being mislead by Hatched, I went to House Simple and they were true to their word and have got my business! NetanAgent should at least put an asterisk next to Hatched price stating, 'if purchased with conveyencing' or at least, 'subject to terms & conditions'. It is illegal to mislead and NetanAgent should take this very seriously. Apart from that, I found NetanAgent's service 100%. Kevin Maddocks

however it has been invaluable as I'm one of these people who can't say no to nice people... which all estate agents are charming. I was able to compare prices without being bombarded... wish there was such an app for double glazing too!
