Beware when you use this site!! It is NOT a FREE Comparison Website as it "attempts" to put across. The Estate Agent that you chose (due to the reasonable fee) adds on the cost of the £145.00 finders fee they are charged by Netanagent making their fee not so reasonable after all.
I feel swindled and cheated to be honest and I don't like it !!
No only by Netanagent but also the Estate Agent as they have obviously signed up for this service so if a fee is charged it should be paid by them and not passed back to the customer.
Save yourself some money and DO NOT Use this website.
