Wir haben es telefonisch vereinbart - kam die Überraschung es ist nach einem anderen Standort eingelagert obwohl es ist nicht so vereinbart. Wie können die es so einfach ohne Rücksprache zu entschieden????

Excellent service, flexible pick-up and delivery timings, they're considering your request and try to come on the time you've asked before. They also know you from the first call, you don't have to wait to get a proper information. My things were in the same condition as at the pick up, and all of this for a very reasonable price. I can only recommend this company.

Finger weg! Einlagern klappt zwar noch einigermaßen, aber Sie bekommen Ihre Sachen nicht wieder! Im Internet stehen zwar "Öffnungszeiten", tatsächlich ist aber niemand vor Ort. Termine zur Abholung werden zwar bestätigt, dann aber von Boxie nicht eingehalten, weil niemand vor Ort ist. Telefonnummern, die speziell für die Terminabsprache herausgegeben werden, sind dann nicht erreichbar. Mitarbeiter müssen erst 100km anreisen, um zum Lager zu kommen. NIE WIEDER!
