"The pickup process was good, pricing model is not"

The pickup process was good, they let us know 30 minutes before they arrived.

Working with them on pricing is a bit hard, as they only have free pickup for under 5m2 and we were above that so we had to pay $200 for the pickup. They could be more transparent about that instead of saying pickup is free.

Der Rücklieferungstermin wurde kurzfristig geändert, und bei Rücklagerung, sie sind unfreundliche und ungeduldig. Schlechte Erfahrungen gehabt, nicht zu Empfehlen.

"Kaputte, verdreckte Sachen, kaputte Möbel"

Wenn Sie Lust haben, dass ihre Sachen kaputt zurückkommen, dann können sie gerne Ihre Sachen dort einlagern lassen!
Meine Sachen kamen kaputt, verschmutzt und in einem furchtbaren Zustand zurück! Meine Umzugskartons waren teilweise kaputt, sodass sie im Innenhof des hauses zerrissen sind.
Eingelagerte Möbel waren verdreckt und kaputt, trotzdessen, dass ich sie vorher noch abgeklebt habe!
Die Mitarbeiter sind per Email unglaublich frech, null einsichtig und Geld zurück oder ein Entgegenkommen gabs auch nicht!
Stattdessen wird man ungefragt ständig per Whatsapp kontaktiert, was ich so nie wollte und dann werden einem wegen 2 Tagen Verzug (Feiertage und Wochenende dazwischen) auch noch 15€ Mahngebühr angelastet!
Alles in allem ist dieses Unternehmen null komma null zu empfehlen, bitte lagern Sie ihre Habseligkeiten wo anders ein!

"Lost big item"

They just lost my items and it is been more than 1 month without any result, and they are always saying that they are searching but never give any result, and my items just disappeared, but it was a big tv, washing machine and more, so there is no way that they have lost it.

"A terrible experience"

The whole thing is so sketchy - they literally lie on their website too. I asked to book in a self-delivery as I had more things to deliver and they said it’s not possible! And that you need to pay extra for bringing more things to your storage, regardless of how much unused space you have. When asked why they state that’s possible on their website, they just basically said “no”. Nowhere does it state where the location is, and if asked they won’t disclose it. After asking multiple times, got a response that the only place you could deliver things yourself is “in Schiedam” (while I booked in Amsterdam West!). In general, the comms from the team are rude and stand-offish.

This seems like a scam, now I’m stuck with a bunch of stuff I can’t deliver to the space I booked, unless I pay almost 160€ more just to get it picked up!

My advice; stay the hell away from Boxie24.
