- very accessible and helpful customer service. They really strive to make sure you get what you need without any hassle
- many availabilities abd variety of storage space
- easy and timely pickup of items

Both pick-up and drop-off of my items was easy and fast. Communication with the drivers was good, they kept me updated with when they would arrive. And customer service was very quick to respond and were able to answer all of my questions.

I cannot evaluate the pick up of my items back, but for now I am pretty satisfied. They are very attentive to the customer, real-time communication. The pick up of my items was fast and they are concern with protocol etc., which gave me more confidence in the service. I wish one of the pick up man was more careful, but overall they were all careful. I storage my stuffs in Berlin Center.
