"If there was an option I would have given 0 stars"

Very bad experience. Cheating at the name of tourist.
Worst behavior of all the people working in take tours.
I took one day trip to lower antelope from Las Vegas.
We ended our trip midway and these cheaters didnt even refund the half amount we paid.
I strongly recommend not to take this, I regret taking my parents for 3 hours of what we were in this trip.

The driver of the trip was the worst. His name is John n he is the worst!

"Say no to Taketours"

I booked two tickets for dance cruise in Miami in Bayside and they didn't confirm my booking until I called them. Once I got the confirmation and went to the venue I saw that the prices charged by them were exorbitant. For a $10 ride I was charged $19 with no extra inclusions. Who charges almost double even if I consider it to be a convenience fee?

Taketours never again!

"Complaint"

Complaint
I write to you exposing the appaling service and worse mistreatment he verbal, physical and psychological aggressions received by your staff, specifically by the Driver on bus N ° 2199 on 12/17/2018, LA to SF. (Tour Guide Rebecca)

1) First, the meeting time was 7:00 am and they picked us up at almost 7.40 and asking about the passengers who were traveling to Las Vegas, they never asked for those who were traveling to San Francisco, so they almost left us.

2) When we arrived to the starting point, we got our first mistreatment from Ms. Rebbeca because we didn't understand her instructions caused by the very bad pronunciation of the English and very fast speed. We asked twice to please repeat or speak slowly, so she began to scream to my wife Larilem Rodriguez in a very bad attitude , she told her please don't scream us, so she decided to ignore her and starts talking to me alone and separate , very angry and fast .I didn't understand neither. She left us and went inside the Hotel.

3) Later, during the trip when my wife asked the driver if she can charge her phone, he overeacted and very rudely interrupted her, yield her,screamed that he should return to his seat, which she did quietly. When we arrived to the next stop, when my wife was leaving the bus, without any reason, he got up from his seat like a madman starts shouting at my wife, scream and he moved his hands roughly close to his face and pushes her almost making her fall from the bus, when getting off the bus I demand respect and he kept yelling at us and opened the compartment so can take out our suitcases. To avoid a third agression, my wife was very affraid of him, we moved away from him.

4) In view of his agressive behavior we asked the Guide to call the Police, which she did not. On the contrary, under the blackmail and threat of leaving us in the place, they forced us to beg for his forgiveness, having her been assaulted. While this was happening, the trip stopped for more than 45 minutes.
My wife was crying and very scared of him, we were waiting for the police but never went.
My wife didn' t enjoy the trip and was the hole tour and still is very affected because he pushed her and almost felt down, and because his very truculent , agressive belligerant act against her.

5) As you know, in the USA there are laws against the mistreatment and discrimination of women, and against discrimination for race (Almost all passengers were Asians, except us and another family ), through which the driver and this company could be sued legally.

The rest of passengers were witness and saw and heard all this , but this other «no Asian adult family» is our best proof because they were seated in the very front and witnessed everything in and outside the bus.
We reserve the right to reveal now our witness identity.

"Say NO to Taketours"

Horrible terrible racist company, complete rip off, horrible customer care.,
Doesn't deserve even 1*
The tour driver JACK Las Vegas to Antelope (13th Dec 2018)was completely racist and womanizer in the coach,
Company promised for a luxury bus for the tour, but a mini van arrived for the trip.
The driver JACK was speaking to only Chinese girls in there language,
Horrible seating in the mini van.
We requested for veggie meal but these guys serves ham
During booking even tough collected entry fees and mentioned $9 mandatory, driver JACK demanded for $ 14
Abused Indians
Driver JACK forced us to leave the tour in middle

"Grand Canyon Hoover Dam Tour"

Do not take this coach service to the Grand Canyon! They are terrible.
1: This is not a luxury Coach Bus. This is a passenger bus like those used for airport shuttles.No wi-fi, no lavatory, no individual temp controls and no Shock absorbers. My family paid 90$ per person to sit in a back row with NO Windows to sightsee and NO RECLINE! And we felt every bump,so no rest! This BUS is subcontracted by Beyond Express Inc. There is no tour guiding /history etc.. Our "Guide" spoke little English and no personality.Then he proceeded to collect an extra 10$ per person for the park! We spent only 1 hour at the canyon. Stopped at the same tacky roadside convenience store both directions.Long waits for a toilet with 5 stalls for our entire bus! This company caters to the Chinese Customer, whom I believe have no idea how unprofessional they've been treated. The guide "Jack" was very dismissive and ignored my request for a different seat. HE called my complaints "bull...." and said he told us about our seats not reclining.When in fact we informed him upon boarding.
He blew us off! Then asked to speak with my husband and ignore my concerns. Rude And sexist!The BBB should get involved.
Just an extremely uncomfortable 8 hour drive.

"We booked a trip the first of March for…"

We booked a trip the first of March for Oct 1. At 9:00 pm the night before they called and canceled We flew to Boston two days early to take this trip and had extra hotel and meals. They e-mailed a couple days before telling where and what time to meet them. They called the night before telling us the trip had been canceled then hung up on me! We found out latter they didn't have enough to fill a bus, so they went in a van, I guess they didn't have room for us! Don't even think of booking with them! This web site wants more information on there customer service. THERE WAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY JUST KEEP MY MONEY FOR 6 MONTHS THEN CANCELED 12 HOURS BEFORE WE WERE TO LEAVE!

"Horrible and nightmarish experience"

We took 5 days tour from sfo to yosemite to LA and These are the worst 5 days of our life. Plz Do Not book tour from this company and run as faraway as possible. They give u worst kind of motels, charge extra money for everything.. behavior is extremely rude. Also it is a chinese based company and they should not take anyone else in their tours as the tour guide only can speak chinese.
Time given for attractions are so less that forget about kids n aged people, even youngsters can not properly njoy. Surcharge in cash are asked everywhere and tips were taken even before the trip started. I strongly regret booking with this company and would never recommend to even my worst kind of enemy.

"Take tours - Complete rip off"

We were not treated fairly on this tour. They put 11 of us and our luggage in a U haul type of van from Vegas to LA. My old parents and some others with kids were made to sit in the back while other Chinese young passengers were given front seats. Tour guide was extremely rude. He was only talking in Chinese ( tour is suppose to be in English and Chinese). My parents are having medical problems with back pain, arthritis etc. I am really frustrated with the service which ruined our trip. They took additional money for tours that are optional and told us its compulsory. The company and the tour guide were not disclosing information. After this bad experience they did not refund us for tour booked to SF (cancellation policy is 7 days and we cancelled the tour 9 days before the start date ). Its a racist company. Greyhound bus would have been more comfortable than this. Their policy states refund will be issued if product does not meet quality. It spoilt my precious time with my parents. When we objected the tour guide told us they have a right to refuse services and will leave us on the highway from Vegas to LA. I can go on and on about our bad experience with this company. Please watch out !

"This company takes no responsibility…"

This company takes no responsibility for The subcontractors and absolves them selves of fiduciary duty The quality of the tour we took to Las Vegas to Rushmore from Service to overcharging ($20) fee for sight seeing when it involved getting out of the bus for taking a phot by the road side was the ultimate insult. I think the US Consumer affairs departments should look at this company for mis representation as them being a tour company.

"Big disappointed"

Big disappointed, the Antelope Canyon tour on the second day was cancelled because of a road interruptions due to bad weather, as a result we spent the whole day sitting on the bus.

I understand this was not a company's fault, but as a result, we have spent so much money for wasting a day of our holiday in such boring way. And still, we should have to pay again to finally going to see the Antelope Canyon?

I think as a minimum the company should have at least offer to us the possibility to join the following tour for free or at a lower cost but they denied it. Once they got the money in their pocked obviously they don't care about the experience of their customers.

Also, on their website they ban negative review, they just post the few positive ones. I will not book a tour with this company anymore and not recommend to anyone!


UPDATE:
Thank you for your reply, I have been in touch with your support service just after the tour but they did not reply to my last email. And again I understand that the weather condition and road interruption are not under your control but still, you let me paid for a service that I did not receive( going to see the Antelope Canyon), so it would be your responsibility to find an alternative solution to this.
